How Each State Teaches.
Delivery is set by each state's regulator, not by preference. Same career outcome, three different paths in.
Nevada — In Person
Classroom instruction at Nevada Real Estate Academy, with day and evening sections at our Henderson and West Sunset campuses. Seating is limited, so early enrollment is recommended.
Arizona — Live Remote
Arizona only. All 90 hours are taught live online over Zoom by Arizona Real Estate Education. Students join on camera for the full session from a computer or tablet, per state requirements.
California — Self-Paced
Complete your required hours on your own schedule through The CE Shop, our affiliate. There are no live class dates to work around.
